An optical sensor is mounted on the back of the main unit. It senses blood flow in the body by irradiating LED light and measures heart rate. In addition, it is equipped with a sensor that can measure the direction, altitude, pressure, temperature, and number of steps. Five types of high-precision sensors measure activity in real time.
GPS
Get the location information of your current location from a GPS satellite. Measurement of travel distance, speed, pace, etc. In addition to GPS, GLONASS and Smallbibi are also supported.
Solar-assisted charging
The time mode (including step measurement and notification function) is only available for solar charging. It can also be charged using a USB cable that can be charged in a shorter time. With a charge of up to 2.5 hours, training functions can be used continuously for up to 14 hours.
When charging in an indoor room (500 lux) under a fluorescent lamp for about 8 hours every day, and charging by the window (10000 lux) on a sunny day for 2 hours during a week.
Impact-resistant structure, waterproofing at 20 bar
The module is protected by an impact-resistanle structure. The complex uneven shape prevents direct impact on glass and buttons. It adopts a waterproof charging terminal and is equipped with an optical sensor (heart rate meter) measured by the wrist to realize waterproofing at 20 bar.
GBDH1000 TIPS MOVIES
The movie explains how to connect to your smartphone and how to operate it.
Function (video)
Heart rate measurement/heart rate zone display
In addition to the current heart rate, the heart rate zone in which the intensity of exercise can be seen in five stages is displayed. It is useful for training such as pace management during activities and endurance up.
VO2max measurement
The maximum intake of oxygen (ml/kg/min) that can be taken into the body per minute per kg of body weight is calculated from measurements such as heart rate and running speed. As a reference for cardiopulmonary ability, it is an indicator of endurance enhancement, such as running.
